My name is Paulo Henrique Fernandes Martins Coelho and i was born in Lisbon, on the 5 of August of 1966. At the age of 3 I went to Germany, where I lived and visited the German school until i was 11 .


When i returned to Portugal, i visited the Intermediate school of Francisco Rodrigues Lobo, in Leiria, where I continued, without any type of interruption, to have lessons of German.


Between 1985 and 1988, i took the degree of National Guide, in the School of Hotelaria and Turismo of the Algarve, getting a final classification of 16 points. In 1988 I started my official activity of Guide, in the Algarve, as free-lancer, working for the agency Algarve Tours, during 3 years and, as well as, for Paneuropa. In 1991 I started to work as main guide for the Miltours-Tui (called today of TUI-Portugal), agency for which I still work. During this time i also worked for other agencies,like Portimar (Algarve), E.V. Tours Full Services and Cordial Tours.


Nowadays i work for the following Travel Agencies: Tui, Dr.Tigges, Gebeco, Olimar, I.T.S., Jahn Reisen, Dertour, Neckermann and Imholz, among others. I initiated my activity making transfers and full-day excursions to Monchique, Sagres, Seville, Lisbon and Évora. I guided groups of travel-agents and incentives. I organized roundtrip programs for agencies and I guide mainly big roundtrips( 6 or more days) in Portugal and Galiza. I work in English and German .


After 20 years living in the Algarve, i settled down near to Lisbon.

O meu nome é Paulo Henrique Fernandes Martins Coelho e nasci em Lisboa, a 5 de Agosto de 1966. Aos 3 anos de idade fui para a Alemanha, onde residi e frequentei a escola alemã até aos 11 anos.

De regresso a Portugal, frequentei a Escola Secundária de Francisco Rodrigues Lobo, em Leiria, onde continuei, sem qualquer tipo de interrupção, a ter aulas de Alemão, com aproveitamento. Frequentei, entre 1985 e 1988, o curso de Guias-Intérpretes Nacionais, na Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve, obtendo aproveitamento final de curso de 16 valores.

Em 1988 iniciei a minha actividade oficial de Guia, no Algarve, por conta própria, trabalhando para a agência Algarve Tours, durante 3 anos e, paralelamente, para a extinta Paneuropa. Em 1991 comecei a trabalhar como guia principal para a Miltours-Tui (denominada hoje de TUI-Portugal), agência para a qual me mantenho ainda a trabalhar. Durante este tempo também exerci, e exerço, a actividade para outras agências, entre as quais Portimar (Algarve), E.V. Tours Full Services e Cordial Tours.

Quanto às agências estrangeiras para as quais trabalhei (e algumas ainda trabalho), encontram-se as seguintes: Tui, Dr.Tigges, Gebeco, Olimar, I.T.S., Jahn Reisen, A.T.T., Neckermann e Imholz, entre outras.

Iniciei a minha actividade fazendo transfers e excursões full-day a Monchique, Sagres, Sevilha, Lisboa e Évora. Acompanhei, frequentemente, grupos de agentes de viagens e incentivos. Concebi programas de circuitos para agências e dediquei-me principalmente a circuitos em Portugal e Galiza. Acompanho circuitos de uma a duas semanas de duração, a qual ainda faço e pretendo continuar a fazer, tendo já efectuado mais de 400.

Trabalho em inglês e alemão tendo, no entanto, preferência pelo serviço em alemão.

Após 20 anos de trabalho e vida em Faro, decidi mudar-me para Pinhal Novo (Palmela), onde resido actualmente.
